Q3: Do I need a credit/debit card to purchase?
A3: No, you don't necessarily need a credit/debit card. We accept COD. But if you wish to pay using Debit/Credit card, we have Paypal, Paymongo, ang Gcash and as an alternative payment method. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, you can choose COD and email us or leave us a message on our Facebook/Instagram: @fisherscart account for our Bank Details.
NOTE: You don't need to have a Paypal or Paymongo account if you plan to pay using your Debit/Credit card. You can pay using a guest account and use any type of Debit/Credit card.
Q4: How long will the delivery be?
A4: We do next day delivery on orders placed before 5:00 PM, this is to ensure that you'll get the very best and fresh catch seafood at the day of delivery. Just make sure to order before 5:00 PM to be eligible for Next Day Delivery. Delivery of the actual product the next day is between 11am-5pm. Orders placed on Weekends will be delivered on Mondays.
You ordered @5:01 PM on Tuesday, it'll be counted as Wednesday transaction and be delivered on Thursday. If your order has been placed 5:01 PM on Friday, it'll be counted as Saturday transaction, hence it'll be delivered on Monday.
Q5: What location can you deliver and how much is the Delivery Fee? Can I get a FREE Delivery?
A5: We deliver to the whole NCR, Rizal, and some parts of Bulacan(Balagtas, Bocaue, Marilao, Meycauayan, Obando, Bulacan, Guiguinto, Malolos, and Plaridel). Delivery fee is ranging from Php 100-300(Calculated at checkout). You can Get FREE Delivery on orders above 7,500, plus you'll get a random picked FREE 1kg of Seashells from us! (Subject to availability). NO MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED.
