No. FishersCart Pampanga operates through a weekly delivery system. All products are prepared and packed by our main team to ensure the same quality and freshness standards enjoyed by our Metro Manila customers. Orders are consolidated and delivered every Saturday.

Yes. Pampanga customers have access to the same seafood, premium steaks, and other products available on FishersCart.com, subject to availability. The only difference is while the Main NCR Store can acomodate next day delivery, pampanga can only do weekly saturday delivery.

To be included in this week's delivery batch, please place your order before 6PM of Friday. Please also reply from the order confirmation SMS and/or Email. NO CONFIRMATION=NO DELIVERY.

Yes! We offer fish cleaning services for a minimal fee of ₱20 per kilogram. To request fish cleaning:

• Reply to your order confirmation email

• Send us your order number via Messenger (@FishersCart)

• Email us at fisherscartseafood@gmail.com

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available for Pampanga deliveries. Online payment is required before dispatch as we’ll be using 3rd party courier.

We accept online payments through our available payment gateways, GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer options shown during checkout.

Pampanga orders are charged a ₱50 consolidation fee per order.

The actual courier fee is charged separately and depends on the distance from our dispatch point in Angeles City or San Fernando to your delivery address. Don't worry we'll be booking your orders from the area closest to you.

Orders are consolidated weekly and brought to our dispatch point in Pampanga. From there, a third-party courier (such as Lalamove) delivers the order to your address.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Delivery schedules depend on the courier and route for the day. But we can promise that we will be booking your orders between 1pm-5pm.

• Gender cannot be selected. The gender of seafood products will depend on the actual catch of the day.

• Size availability is not guaranteed. The size of seafood, fruits, and meat products will depend on the actual catch, harvest, or supply available on the day of delivery. If a specific size becomes unavailable, it will be removed from your order and deducted from your invoice accordingly.

• Unless otherwise stated as "Pack," "Set," or "Range," all product prices are based on actual weight (per kilogram).

• Your final invoice may differ from the estimated amount shown during checkout due to actual product weights on the day of delivery.

Example:

• Ordered 1.0 kg, actual weight is 1.1 kg → Additional payment for 0.1 kg.
• Ordered 1.0 kg, actual weight is 0.9 kg → Deduction or refund for 0.1 kg.

• These adjustments occur because FishersCart does not stock inventory. Our seafood is freshly wild-caught daily, while fruits and other fresh products are sourced based on actual daily availability.

• For paid orders, any excess payment resulting from lower actual weights will be issued as store credit equivalent to the amount owed. Customers will be notified of all adjustments before delivery.

• We will notify customers of any weight adjustments, unavailable items, or invoice changes on the day of delivery before dispatching the order.

• No cancellations are allowed on the scheduled delivery date, as products have already been sourced, prepared, and allocated specifically for your order.
